Dear Friend of the Persecuted Church—
I am delighted to announce an upcoming event that could just change your life—an evening of testimony, challenge, and evidence of God’s faithfulness to His own.

The theme for this year’s banquet comes from II Corinthians 4:9, a reminder of God’s faithfulness in spite of suffering. Though the world hate us, and the evidence of sin’s affect on man is obvious, our God reigns supreme over all! “We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.”
The faithful God that gives hope in the face of suffering wants us – you and I – to be the channels of His blessing to the persecuted church. We are to be the evidence of His faithfulness to His people.
October 2 is going to be a powerful evening of testimony and personal challenge for every one of us to get involved—through prayer, through giving, and through service.
Would you commit to start praying, right now, for this banquet? So much goes into an evening of this magnitude. We need sponsors, success in obtaining video footage for presentations, and wisdom to make the multitude of decisions that contribute to success. The end result has the potential for incredible blessing to our brothers and sisters in Christ, not just in the funds we raise, but in the awareness and vital prayer support.
And mark your calendar! Plan to join us on October 2 at the Charleston Convention Center.
Yours for the Body of Christ,

Gabriel J. Waddell
Executive Director
