Dear Friend of Remember,

Through The Weekly Reminder, I have been keeping you up to date on the foster care situation for our 36 children in the Freedom House Orphanage. As a part of our ongoing effort to place all of those children in the United States through the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor program, we have been working in conjunction with Christian Freedom International. Representative from CFI recently met with Assistant Secretary of State Ellen Sauerbrey in Washington, D.C., to see what can be done for that process.

CFI asked me to write a memorandum outlining Remember’s hopes for these children. They took the memo to their meeting, and the initial reports have been very positive. The Assistant Secretary and many others genuinely care for the plight of these children, and are willing to help us in any way they can. This support is a great start, but it is just that—a start. Red tape and roadblocks abound, and we need your prayers in this work.

The memorandum details the exact prayer requests that I would ask you to raise, and I am making it available for you to download, pray over, and distribute to your praying friends and family. We are at a critical time. The window of opportunity is very small; please raise these children in your prayers.
